In 1986, Victor Broski suddenly realized that he needed an audience in front of him when he works. With his ego barely in check, he joined Toastmasters, volunteered to speak for the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society, went back to school at Orange Coast College, and competed on their state-ranked speech team. He received his degree in Speech Communication at the California State University at Long Beach, specializing in Organizational Communication and Nonverbal Communication.
He continues to expand and update his knowledge of public speaking by reading voraciously. He uses this store of knowledge to tweak each of his presentations in his continual quest for improvement as well as a storehouse to draw from in his coaching.
He stays involved with up-and-coming speakers due to his position as Chair of Founders’ District Speakers’ Bureau, a professional speakers division of TMI, the world's leading organization for training in public speaking and leadership.
He has developed and is available to present seminars on Negotiating, Instant Credibility, Networking: Small Talk, Young at any Age, and Humor in the Workplace.
